Easy Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Toonyport, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
Following are the details of the Refund & Cancellation Policy that is applicable for all the items sold on Toonyport:

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
Returns request must be made within 7 days of order receipt to receive a refund. Refunds will be returned to the bank account or as the store credits, depending on the options chosen by you..
Items must be unused and in the original packaging with tags intact. Any open item or items not in their original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee, to be deducted from the refund total. Any items are non-returnable if they have been washed or worn.
If you wish to make a return with a coupon code/gift receipt, you may receive a store credit in the form of a gift card/coupon code or we can issue a refund via bank transfer to the bank details as given by you.
Defective items may be returned or exchanged at any time within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
You may exchange an unopened item for a different size, style or item. If the item being returned is of a lower value then the item(s) being purchased, the value of the returned item will be applied to your new purchase & any additional payment needs to be paid by you.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service & ensuring shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Once your return is received by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is being exchanged, we will send out the new item as soon as possible. If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the desired bank details given by you or the store credit as per your choice.
Your refund may take upto 5-7 working days to process and appear on your bank statement or store credit. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, please contact us at email@example.com
